Chauvin Arnoux is one of the leaders in measurement technology. The company is credited with inventing the fore-runner to the multi-meter which became copied worldwide despite the patent. In addition to this the company has invented exposure meters which are incorporated into modern cameras, the first portable oscilloscope and the optical filament thermometer. Along with many great inventions, throughout the sixties the company opened many subsidiaries and factories and spread throughout Europe.
