Delivery Information

You are guaranteed to receive next day delivery to your door when ordering from Inlec UK.

All confirmed weekday orders placed before 4:00 pm will be delivered to you before 12 noon, guaranteed.

If you do not receive delivery before noon (and we are to blame) we will refund your delivery charge in full.

Deliveries are made through our own delivery vehicles and by National Courier Organisations, such as City-Link and UPS. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if the courier delivers late - as they do not offer the same refund guarantee as Inlec.

If the time of your delivery is particularly important, please request a pre 9am delivery which we also offer at an extra charge.
