Inlec have been providing engineering services since 1964. Our friendly, experienced and knowledgeable team is here to help you select the product you need for your particular circumstances. Well-trained staff.
You can be sure our technical staff is up to the job. Our technicians are trained in-house through traditional on-the-job apprenticeships, backed up by either electrical or instrumentation qualifications usually to a minimum of HNC level. The head of our laboratory holds a degree in Electronic Engineering. You’ll have the support of the Inlec technical team if you need it.

Is there a better way?
The chances are you are an expert within your industry, you know the way the systems work and understand best practice. We supply to a wide variety of industries and have discovered others often have different ways working. If there is another way to do the job or save you time and money you can be sure we’ll tell you. It’s then up to you if you decide to adopt that testing method or not.
Honest.
If we can’t meet your requirements we’ll tell you. You will never be advised to use inappropriate or inferior equipment. If we do not have stock of a particular item we can often get it for you from another supplier. In fact, rather than send you something that won’t do the job, we would rather direct you to an alternative supplier.

You will see that we only supply established industry brands. Cost is of course a key factor, so prices are regularly reviewed to ensure you always enjoy the best value for money. You might be able to find cheaper, poor quality equipment, but that’s a false economy! With Inlec you’ll get the most accurate, reliable and well-maintained equipment available.

Although you will be supplied with the manufacturer’s instructions, if you’re still not sure how to use the equipment, give us a call and we’ll talk you through it step by step. This can save you time, frustration and, as time really is money for you, it will save you money too.

Every request for equipment is logged even when we don’t have it in stock. This helps to ensure we always keep our product range up to date and relevant. In fact your feedback often determines the equipment we purchase for our hire stock. This means we rarely turn away an order due to a lack of availability. You won’t waste your time contacting Inlec.

During the hire, you can contact us for free advice on use of the equipment. We will do our best to help. You will be put through to one of our technical team or an engineer from the hire desk; they all have different areas of expertise. If we can’t solve your problem we can often get the manufacturer to contact you directly

It’s often the case that, rather than complain, people just walk away and never come back. Despite our best efforts things do go wrong from time to time and sometimes it’s completely out of our control. Unless you tell us something is wrong… we can’t put it right. Without customers we don’t have a business! We want you to be a satisfied customer, so if you are unhappy about any part of our service please let us know.

You might only need to hire the equipment for a week or so. We will have invested a lot of money in that instrument. It’s in our interest to get the equipment to you in good working order. We take every precaution to ensure it’s well packed to minimize the chance of damage and any resulting delays for you.
