EZiSYSTEM 33kHz Clamp Sonde Battery Powered Transmitter

A compact Clamp Sonde, ideal for tracing the location of drain cameras and drain rodes. Similar operation to a standard Sonde emitting a 33kHz signal which can be picked up by a standard cable locator. 

The clamp is easy to attach, with a diameter of up to 12mm (please note, you will need to wrap cables up to a diameter of 12mm). 

The Clamp Sonde allows you to locate and determine the depth of your sewer or pipe inspection camera, when attached to a camera system and inserted into a drain, sewer or pipe, the signal transmitted from the clamp is then picked up by a standard cable locator - this is useful for pinpointing blockages and obstructions in non-metallic pipes. 

Attach the Clamp Sonde to the camera cable / rod and it will travel along the investigation area. You can then use a cable locator to trace the location of the camera cable / rod. Commonly cameras with a sonde attached encounter interference when using the camera and sonde simultaneously, this is not a problem when using the clamp sonde with a camera.
