The Testo 312-3 functionality allows users to set minimum and maximum range values that the device will then refer to while measuring the flow. If any of these values are exceeded, the device will sound a alarm to call the user attention.

Temperature changes are automatically monitored and compensated by the device to give a more accurate reading.
