Upon receipt of your order, we will carry out a full function check (where applicable) and dispatch the goods the same working day –for confirmed orders placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will provide an order confirmation by email and a tracking number upon dispatch.
On completion of your hire, call us for an off hire reference number and collection time and date. Please note that until you obtain the off hire reference number hire charges continue.
Note: all orders are subject to our standard terms and conditions of hire and sale. Due to customs and shipping restrictions, orders placed from outside UK must be confirmed by Sunbelt Rentals Test and Monitoring prior to despatch.
