How do I arrange for equipment to be off-hired? 

The easiest way to arrange for equipment to be off hired is to email [email protected] quoting your contract number, and letting us know which items you wish to off hire. 

Alternatively, you can off hire equipment over the phone - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. All our colleagues are trained to give off hire references over the telephone. To make things as easy as possible please have either your contract number, or the item number of the equipment you wish to off hire to hand when you call. If you can't find these details, then don't worry, we will be able to help over the telephone, it just might take us a little longer to provide you with your off hire reference. 

After you have off hired the equipment we will arrange for one of our drivers, or our courier partners to collect the equipment. Please ensure the equipment is stored safely until the courier has collected it, is packed securely in its original packaging and is available for the courier to pick up.
