The DSX-8000 can also test all copper cabling types that can be tested by the DSX-5000, in addition to providing a solution for new CAT8 cable and network testing. This is the first tester with Permanent Link and Channel adaptors that support 40Gbps, testing to all standards up to and including CAT8. The only field tester that tests Resistance Unbalance and TCL /ELTCL balance measurements.
