The TG1304 is a High Quality Frequency Generator

Complex waveform generation is possible with full gating and trigger facilities. The main generator covers the range 10mHz to 13MHz whilst the auxiliary generator covers the range 5mHz to 50KHz. The frequency stability itself is of the highest accuracy.
